Anderson Delivers Address at Harvard University

Carl Anderson answers questions from students at Harvard University.

Carl Anderson delivered an address to − and answered questions from − students at Harvard University on the theme of his forthcoming book A Civilization of Love on March 5. Scores of students attended the lecture at Harvard Hall. Anderson's lecture was sponsored by the Knights of Columbus College Council at Harvard University and the Harvard Catholic Student Center.

“Perhaps we are capable of achieving a just society only when we first have the courage to dream of the possibility of building a civilization of love,” Anderson told the crowd. “And each of us has a role to play. Individually those building a ‘civilization of love’ might be seen as ‘a culture of one,’” Anderson said, “But there could be millions of these cultures, and millions would be a civilization.”
